We deliver exclusively in Italy.
At the moment we do not ship to other countries.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
For orders equal to or greater than €130, standard shipping is free.
For orders less than €130, a fixed shipping cost of €16 is applied.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE AN ORDER?
Orders are normally prepared within 1-3 business days from payment confirmation.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
After shipment, delivery is normally expected within 3-5 business days.
The total estimated time from payment confirmation to delivery is normally 4–8 business days.
WHICH COURIERS DO YOU USE?
Orders can be entrusted to DHL, FedEx, UPS or other professional couriers selected based on the product and destination.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

We cannot guarantee cancellation of orders already prepared or entrusted to the courier.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
If you purchase as a consumer, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, subject to legal exceptions.
WHO PAYS THE RETURN COST?
The direct cost of the return is borne by the customer, except in the case of a damaged, defective, incorrect or non-compliant product.
For bulky products or those not returnable via normal postal service, the return cost may be higher than that of ordinary shipping.
